The question is about my pickup experience at Lowe
The Lowe's website asked me to rate my "PICK UP" experience with my order. But, when I clicked that link, this asks me to write a review on one of the products, that I DID NOT mange to pickup. I ordered some EGO products. I came into the store a couple of times, including the evening before I came to pick up my order. I asked one of the store employees how I should go about exchanging the edger attachment for the brush cutter. He said I could EASILY do that when I come to pick up my order. Gr...

Edger will not engage
The reason for not giving 5-stars is the edger is difficult to attach to the Multi-Head System. The string trimmer attaches fine, but I have trouble getting the end of the edger to go all the way down to the end.
