Would RecommendI wish EGO was around years ago. I am so thrilled with EGO and the equipment. The cultivator is my latest investment. This is far superior to my gas powered one. I have a sizable garden and I use this cultivator to weed between rows. I was amazed that I did my whole garden on one battery charge. I was gone through so many gas powered power heads it’s ridiculous. And I always have to fuss with them to keep them running. And I always have to be careful I don’t burn myself on the exhaust. Would Not RecommendJust bought this for Father’s Day and after 5 minutes of using it, it stopped rotating once the blades touch the ground. I dug up the ground in small chucks and just needed to make the dirt a bit more fine… but it’s not working now! Very frustrating and disappointing as this was a gift for my husband. A very pricey gift.

Not for tilling!
Would RecommendThere is no way they should referencing "tilling" for this product. It's probably fine at turning over fresh, soft soil (i.e. cultivate), but is not the right tool for compact soil (i.e. tilling). I ended up breaking up the soil with my auger and then making a pass with the cultivator. Not ideal. I found the tool to be heavy and hard to use for extended periods. My back definitely paid the price!
