Would Not RecommendOrdered 2, 1 was fine, the other was clearly USED. I called Customer Service, was put on hold multiple times. Asked to speak to a Manager or Supervisor was put on hold again. Wasted at least a half hour and finally hung up. HORRIBLE

Would RecommendDecided to put this chainsaw through it's paces first time out. Limbed and cut up a good sized tree pretty effortlessly. Still had a 40% charge left. Definitely easier to use and less frustrating than my gas powered chainsaws.

Would RecommendSuper sharp and well manufactured. It’s very easy to put on and sinks through oak and other hardwoods faster than I’d imagined it would. These aren’t expensive and if on sale I’d recommend getting two or more. The EGO chainsaw has replaced our big Husqvarna as the #1 chainsaw we use here on our farm for sure. I’m very satisfied with all the EGO products and now own every one they manufacture after being initially a little skeptical on how they’d perform long term.
