Only used once. Worked great.
I’ve only used it once so far, and it did the job. I have back problem so I snow blower is a must for me. I own multiple EGO products so the choice was easy. Cleared my drive that goes all the wa around to back of the house and two neighbors driveway that can park about 7 car total and the battery last the whole time.

We only had a inch of snow so its hard to review now. It is a lit lighter and easier to handle than my old snow blower.

Decent Blower
Would RecommendDid well in 6 inches of wet snow. Requires a little more effort then my old gas blower but at 81 years old was still manageable.

Works ok b/c of battery issues
Would RecommendEven after charging both batteries to full, my blower doesn't seem to be drawing power from both batteries simultaneously. One side dies and then I have to swap batteries to continue blowing my snow. Is there something I could do to check how the batteries are working? Is there a way to reset everything to make the batteries work as intended?

Would RecommendMy second snowblower. The other one lasted about 6yrs. It can tackle heavy snow. Just take your time. I love their products as I don’t like storing gasoline.

Would RecommendZero regrets! Doesn't love heavy, wet snow but none do. Excellent, though, in dry snows and good if wet snows are done before they get too deep. Batteries last for hours, battery use so easy to see. Start up is a cordless breeze and this machine is quiet and easy to manuever. The adjustable chute is fabulous. Compact, easy to store, So glad there's no oil to change.

It only worked for 5 years and 1 month just enough for the warranty to be expired. It seems like a common issue with the circuit board.
