Very useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this N79S deebot a couple months ago and it arrived the day after our carpet was installed. It picked up so much dust and fuzz, we were surprised. We are so glad we finally bought a robot vacuum! It does it's job as intended.

Great product

Good for starters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife and worked fine for about a week, but now it gets stuck under our couch and cabinets pretty easy. Other than that, it works fine as a manual vac that the kids like to use with the remote. Another plus is you can control it with your iPhone through Wifi.

Didn’t work on our floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this vacuum about a month ago and we love it! Fairly quiet and cleans a significant amount. It misses some spots but overall gets most everything on the floor. When I sweep at the end of the week, I definitely notice I don't sweep up as much dog hair as I used to. Awesome on hard wood

I waited to buy a debot. I didn’t think that it would clean up to my standards. I absolutely love this vacuum. What a pleasure to be gardening and knowing my home’s wood floors are being cleaned.

Great profuct

I have it since Nov 01, 2019 and I love to have a machine cleanning daily or as much as I need it or want to. Collects that small dust and hair that is almost inpossible to collect with a broom.

Awesome unit, great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my original Deebot for about a year before it stopped charging on the pad. I reached out to Ecovacs for a replacement and they replaced the unit within 10 days. I was impressed with their speed and professionalism, not many companies are as pain-free! The vacuum itself is a godsend- I command Alexa to “Tell Deebot to start cleaning” a few times a week and my floors are just spotless. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Handles different floor levels, no problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have mostly vinyl flooring but some rugs. I was worried it wouldn't be able to handle some of them as they are pretty high pile, but it has no issues. It definitely has cut down the amount of time spent cleaning.

Peace of mind!

We have had this for about one year, but just started using it about 2 months ago. It is so nice to be able to stop thinking about the floors. We have one dog and a baby, so things are always on the floor. This vacuums is awesome. At the price I don’t believe it can be beat. Also, we have a very smart home with google home devices in most rooms and smart switches in almost every location. It’s is amazing to be able to say “hey google start Rosie” ( Rosie is the Jetsons robot maid and we cal...

Good but could be better

I do love it in terms of the convenience and how much it picks up. Unfortunately the two side brushes are tend to get ruined easily and I feel I am replacing them way too often.

The new Deebot works great and I didn't have any trouble with the scheduling.

Great little cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with this little guy. He works really well, much better then I assumed before hand. My only issue has been on the go home feature which is why I didn't give a 5 star. When I try to get him to return home to dock he only makes it back there about 50% of the time

Poor performance

I have continued issues with this model. It will run into an object (furniture)and repeatedly run into it for minutes in the same pattern until I pick it up and manually reposition. It also runs for a maximum of 10-15 minutes before going into an alarm, which I have to press the power button to restart. Lastly, it rarely finds it's way back to the base and will be stopped randomly throughout our home and must be carried back to the charging base. I do not recommend this product.

Not bad but a lot of room for the improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got that little helper and I kinda like it. Helps to keep my house clean on the week days when i can’t vacuum myself it doesn’t substitute regular vacuuming but it helps to get rid of little things. Pretty often gets stuck on cabling and clothes.

Easy to Use & Good Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its about a month since I've bought it. No complains so far, as the cleaning goes its decent enough. But sometimes it just gets stuck and tries to get out of the spinning the wheels until it runs out of battery. This left a dark spot on the carpet but it only happened once. And one more that could improve is while cleaning it the dust just flies around and sticks to the side of the bot, when the bot touches any clothed cushion it leaves the dus...

Love it

It ran twice a day for the past year and a half with no problems. We had to replace it at some point and support was super helpful! I highly recommend it.
