Would RecommendIt works. I had to cut it to length as it was too long for my 50 gallon water heater. But beyond that, it works just fine. Put it on and drained the tank down to replace one of the supply tubes.

Would RecommendI my old one discharged from the top so I needed one to work with the side discharge from the new water heater. This did the trick. Measured and cut it to length and hand tightened it on. Simple and fast.
