I purchased a washer and dryer combo and got suckered into purchasing all the extra equipment with it i.e gas line water lines ductwork etc. The dryer uses 3/8” connections and they brought 1/2” lines. They couldn’t hook up my dryer that I paid them to install and I had to personally return the incorrect parts.
