Would Not RecommendI bought 2 bags of KolorScape Paver Base #1. Both bags were torn and full of water and the product had a clay-like consistency mixed with a little sand. I laid down the KolorScape and it would not screed because of the wet clay consistency and stuck to my tamper. Total waste of time and money.

2-Part Paver Sand - works great!
Would RecommendNothing to dislike, it's sand, with a nice consistent grain size. I do like that Lowes offers the two-part package: Part A (base, as shown) for setting the pavers, Part B for filling the spaces between the pavers. Part A is tan colored, Part B is gray and color-matches raw concrete after drying. The bags are small and probably intended for small projects, not entire large patio areas. I used them for a small area, which was perfect.

Would RecommendI didn't have the experience of other bad reviews. this worked well to place under Tuff Blocks. The mix was mostly sandy with some larger chunks and it compacted down really well
