Great Spark Plug

My 21 in Yard machine was running rough. Not being a handyman of sorts, I went to Lowe's and checked out the spark plugs. They had quite a few to choose from. The E3 package looked different. I picked it up read the package, eyed the rest but I think I bought the best. Putting on a new blade, new E3 spark plug, air filter and my mower was running better than when I opened up the new box. I recommend E3 to everyone. It made me look good, so imagine what it can do for you!

Best service ever

The product is fine, but the gentleman who went the extra mile to find the right spark plug for my mower was the best. To be honest I always go to Lowe's last, because I do not find the employees helpful,in a hurry and really do not seem to care. By the way the greeter should be standing not sitting in a chair. The store was on Raeford Rd. I will return there again.

Very good buy

My log splitter would not start. After replacing the spark plug with this new E 3 spark plug it started on the first pull. It was 3 times the cost of the plug it replaced, but if it lasts a life time it will be worth it.

Have an 2004 Toro push mower with a techumsen 4 cycle engine, had a Torch GL4C spark plug that went bad, my local Homedepot did not carry Torch spark plugs nor did not have a conversion chart for that year mower , went to Lowe's - the associate had no problem getting a replacement spark plug for me , the E - 3 plug fit my mower perfectly and it runs great, - great product!

Fouled after two months use?

I used one of these last year for my lawn mower & wasn't as impressed as others here. Don't know that it saved any gas but certainly did NOT make my mower start any easier. Very difficult to start this spring so I bought another one of these pricey plugs & it appears to have fouled after two months use. E3 Spark Plug

I was having a very difficult time trying to pull start a walk behind mower. What's more, this was to be an easy start for my wife to use. I gave up and headed to my favorite Lowe's in Brooksville, FL. It was there that the packing struck me. I immediatly purchased a E3 plug, drove home and installed it. ( The old plug didn't look bad at all). However, one pull and the mower came to life. I went from being a loser to a hero in my wife's eyes.

E3 SPARK PLUG REPLACEMENTS

THE E3 SPARK PLUG IS THE EASIES STARTING PLUG I HAVE EVER USED. BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT LOWE'S REFUSED TO HONOR MY PENDOT VETERAN ID ON MY DRIVERS LICENSE. THAT WAS WRONG AND IS NOT WHAT OUR LAW MAKERS HAD IN MIND WHEN THE IMPLEMENTED THE PRACTICE. WHILE I RESPECT LOWE'S FOR HONORING MILITARY, I HOPE LOWE'S CHANGES THEIR MIND AND DOESN'T REQUIRE ME TO CARRY MY DD214 (HONORABLE DISCHARGE) WITH ME FOR THEIR DISCOUNT IN THE FUTURE.

E3 10 Spark Plug Failure and Warranty

This spark plug simply quit working after only say 5 hours of use. Visual inspection did not reveal why it quit sparking. Tested the engine's spark with a tester and it was OK. Replaced the spark plug and no problem. Perfect Replacement Spark Plug

Purchased to replace spark plug for my Troy 6.75 hp lawnmower. Preset gap was perfect and lawnmower started on first pull.

Worth the price!

With this spark plug, it only took one pull and my 15 year old lawn mower fired right up! of course, I did do the rest of the tune up too. Oil, gas, etc.

I recently picked up a 2004 model Troy Bilt self propelled walk behind that wasn't running very well. As I suspected it only needed an air filter, spark plug, blade, and oil change. With the help of this spark plug, it's running just as good as a brand new mower.

Never used this brand, it works well.

Lowe's is an easy store to show in, able to find items I need.

Did the Job!!!

Lowe's floor clerk walked me right to the item, picked it off the shelf, compared it to my "old" spark plug, handed it off to me and sent me on my way!!!! The mower started right up after installation. Yippee!

Poor quality.

Poorly constructed. Came installed in a used tiller with 5HP L-head Briggs engine. Fouled after 4 hours of use. Center electrode is off-center causing arcing to the side of the plug. Any bit of carbon gets stuck there, fouls the plug and the engine dies.

A good upgrade

It was time for a tune-up but when I checked my original spark plug, I found that it was still within tolerance. Since I already opened the E3 package, I put it in anyway and saved my original plug for a rainy day. I noticed that when I finish my lawn, I have more gas in my gas tank. Not much more, but a little bit and enough to notice.

Excellent purchase

By replacing the spark plug and cleaning the carburetor my lawn mower is like new. So easy to install anyone can do it and far less expensive than a new lawn mower.
