The Best Vacuum on a Robot, not the best Robot

I have owned many different robot vacuums from different companies. This Dyson 360 Vis Nav is by far the best *vacuum* of any that I have owned. I have returned several other top end vacuums because they did such a poor job on carpet. This vacuum picks up what many others can't. I took a star off because it is not very good at navigation--in fact, because it lacks lidar it cannot navigate in the dark. Once it has mapped, navigation is acceptable. I bought this about a month ago and it's great it really pick up all the dust and hair And it's really easy to do To use But I don't I wish it would have an extra feature where you can Clean an area manually that is not to have the Doing the whole room just to place maybe you drop something and just wanna do you want it to pick it up For the rest it's amazing thank you.

Terrible mapping

Mapping is terrible just like many other reviews stated. Suction power is great however it gets lost frequently and not worth the hassle so I sent it back. A terrible miss for Dyson. I have your sticker vac and think it is great however you have a lot of work to do on your robots.

I like it so far

I have had this vacuum for a month and I have run it about a dozen times. It is very good with suction and always fills the dirt bin with dirt and cat har ( I have 2 cats). So suction is good, navigation is about average. It does have trouble and I still don't understand why it isn't more efficient. It could not find home a few times. It has a hard time with rugs. It pushes them and doesn't go over them most of the time. I think it is easy to clean and empty the dust bin. And it does a good job ...

I wish it just worked like a magic

I was expecting better performance from a premium brand like Dyson. I am disappointed with the robot vacuum's navigation capabilities. It frequently gets stuck under furniture, and sometimes struggles to find its charging base or transition between different areas of the house.

Disappointing machine first time ever with a Dyson

I bought this a month ago and it wasn’t able to complete any cleanings. The sensors kept on getting dirty in the carpet and it would stop I had to return.

I have owned several robot vacuums, and this is by far the worst performing of them all. And it’s also one of the most expensive. That’s a bad combination! - The map of the rooms is consistently incorrect - The battery life is remarkably short - The capacity of the debris is no more than one or two cleanings. - Connection to the app is inconsistent NOT A RECOMMENDED VACUUM👎🏼

Best vacuum ever!!

I bought this vacuum about a month ago. Several people had warned me of problems with their robotic vacuum. I love this vacuum!! No problems at all! It vacuums better than the 2 manual Dyson I have. It maps efficiently and leaves my floors clean. I have both tile and rugs and navigates them perfectly. My husband and I are both impressed with how well this vacuum works.

Powerful robot

i ordered a bout a month ago and have been using it at least twice a day! This machine is amazing. Not sure why others have given it a low score because this robot preforms wonders. The suction is amazing, the mapping is wonderful and I love it.

Best Robot Vacuum

I took a chance on this vacuum because I love the Dyson brand. I’ve been really impressed so far by the features and how it cleans my house.

Good job on dog hair

So far so good! I purchased to gather long dog hair off of carpet and tile and it’s doing the trick. I’m not expecting it to suck the dirt out but just a surface clean and I would say that is 5 stars. I gave four stars because it is not a replacement to large vac and maybe none of the robots are.

Strong bot

A nice powerful vaccume, this is a full size Dyson in a robot where the navigation software didn’t catch up to the hardware. If you have a carpet it may get lost once or twice, but otherwise it will fill up.

Great little machine.

We have had it for two months and so far it is doing a great job. The only is the battery and it takes two recharges to do our great room which is not really all that big. Since It returns to the dock and automatically recharges and then picks up where it left off I guess it's not that big of a deal. The suction is and it seems to pick up just as much or maybe a little more dirt Than the canister vacuum that we have. It was very easy to set up the mapping.

Totally worth it so far

I have had this a little under a month. So far I have found it to be a very helpful addition to my daily cleaning routine. So much easier than getting out a manual vacuum. My house feels so much cleaner. I’m have a few minor problems and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. I do have to empty frequently, but I live in the county, it is very dusty, and I have two inside dogs that shed a lot. The fine dust can obscure sensor that I need to gently clean every few days. Dyson true fashion power suction

I have had my vacuum for one month and i's been a great addition to my arsenal of robots. The suction power is great. I didn't do the mapping I like to just start it and for it to clean everywhere everyday. We have two dogs and it does a great job with dog hair. It does get stuck on our floor vents from time to time. That is probably the only complaint at this time.

Great features

This is the quietest robot vacuum I’ve had so far. Also, I love that it has rollers and suction is good. The rollers do not allow for much clearance though so it gotten stuck on a couple bar chairs that have platform bases.
