Dyson Auto Charging Pet Robotic Vacuum Cleaner with HEPA Filter

What might’ve been?

While I was quite happy with the vacuuming ability of the Dyson, it hardly ever completed any runs successfully without intervention, even though we have a very straightforward three bedroom ranch home. The robot had a very difficult time navigating, which is unfortunate because I was a really big fan before the purchase. We have actually returned this product for a more updated model from a competitor.

Great Robot Vacuum With Some Quirks

Setting up the 360 Vis Nav vacuum was very easy. I found the MyDyson app to be very intuitive, and the vacuum was up and running within minutes. In terms of functioning as a vacuum, I found it had reliable suction, and the rooms it went into look notably clean, and I didn't find residual dust/dirt trails. Excellent robot vacuum

Although I saw bad reviews I bought it anyway over a month ago and glad I did. The suction and the navigation work great. Be patient and allow it to map out your floor plan and put it to use. You’ll be surprised at how well it cleans.

Just purchaed

I just purchased the Dyson 360 and it seem to work well, I think the setup/mapping instruction could be more user friendly.

The best I have found.

I have been using robot vacs for 20 years. I thought I had found the best one, but the company went out of business. I have been searching for something comparable for quite some time, and decided to try Dyson. I am not sure why I waited. This is the best cleaning vac robot I have found. If you set your no go zones for the places the vacuum struggles, it is flawless after that. Excellent vac!!! I now have two!

Vacuum great, instructions not so much.

Make the serial no. easier to locate, since the vacuum since registration and instructions are totally inaccessible without it. The instructions say it is located at the back of the docks connection bay. Not true. That is the serial number of the dock. I wasted a lot of time trying to register the unit. Navigation and obstacle avoidance not up to par.

This is a good vacuum, but a terrible robot. The mapping has not worked well to the point it’s almost useless. In order to clean a room I have to take it there and shut the door, hoping against hope it will not get hung up on the floor vents, which it invariably does. Good suction and filtration, but these do little good when the machine can’t navigate as well as the most basic roomba. No what I expected from a Dyson product.

Good - but navigation needs work

I bought some time ago now and love the fuctionality of it. Works well on all surfaces. However, it has not (outside of one time) been able to redock itself without assistance. Still a more convenient option than regular vacuuming.

Clean floors again!

We like our Dyson Robot. One thing that they did not tell us--- The Robot may have to MAP your room SEVERAL times before it completes the process. It was not a large room just a lot of turns etc. It took 3 times before the process was completed. We were not expecting that.

Frustrating navigating skills

I purchased the vacuum 2 weeks ago. When the vacuum does work it does a great job. I like the filtration system and the size of the dirt container. Problem is it gets lost a lot on its adventures and returns to the docking station over half the time without any vacuuming. It takes it 30-60 minutes to either find the room it is going to vacuum or to find its way back to the docking station.
