What Customers Are Saying
The plunge router attachment is a versatile tool that allows users to perform a range of small-scale projects and detailed work with precision and ease. It is praised for its ability to handle various materials like wood, plastic, and metal, and is effective for tasks such as cutting hinge openings, routing edges, and creating intricate designs. However, some users experienced issues with the depth setting and compatibility with older models. Pretty nice little way to turn your dremel into a router for engraving and such.

Good for the price
This tool did make my project easier, however it could use some improvement. The plunge was jerky, but a drop of oil on the rods improved the movement. Maybe some bearings could make them flow better. The worst of the unit was the depth adjustment. This needs significant updating. It is not accurate and to dial in a specific depth is difficult. Trying to adjust the depth +/- a specific depth is almost impossible. The Dremel rotary tool is a go to tool for fine detail work, but the plunge a...

Attachment broke my Dremel 3000.
Would Not RecommendThe dremel 3000 has a horribly placed shaft lock for this attachment. If you have a 3000, make sure your shaft lock is fully aligned with the hole in the attachment and don't use your hand on the router (which by the way was the best way I found to get sufficient pressure on this), otherwise you can twist the dremel in the attachment. If your dremel twists, it will engage the shaft lock while your motor and shaft are spinning. Now my shaft won't lock in place to remove bits. Great design dremme...
It works but flexes

Detail Work
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little tool extension for doing detail work that would be much harder to do with a router. The template attachments are awesome!

Money Maker
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a small wood art shop and use my dremel plunger to help route out corners and create bevels in my cutting boards. It also gives me the flexibility to create personalized designs. Amazing piece of equipment!

Fun arts-n-crafts and small inlay tool
Would RecommendI bought this to give it a try on some fine detail inlay using thin stock, about 3/16" thick or less. It's been a fun little router. Dremel's smallest straight bit will cut some very tight inside curves, almost corners. Cutting flower stems and leaf veins is easy. Keep in mind, it is a Dremel. It is made for light duty work. I have 3 other routers of various sizes, one is on a router table and one is setup for a Milescraft circle cutter/edge guide. the other is a combination fixed/plunge. None o...

Plunge Router 335-01
Would Not RecommendI purchased a plunge router 335-01 It stated on the box works with 100,200,300 and 400 series. I have a 380-6 Dremel. When I attach my Dremel to the Router as instructed it seems like a very loose fit. Does the plunge router work with my Dremel? I have not tried it yet as I do not want to break the plunge router. What do you suggest? Tried to contact via website e-mail 3 times and all 3 time the e-mail would not go through I am tired of trying email

Have a problem with the edge guide
The edge guide is sliding back by the guide rods despite the edge guide knobs are tighten, so there is no way to use it, that is a fault, what proceed to do?, what can I do?, without this edge guide the the plunger router attachment is useless to me.
