Works great

It works well for many different projects. I like the old attachments that stuck out farther so they were above the guard and I had an idea. They should make one that is above the guard that you can put Velcro sanding pads on. It's a great saw regardless and I'd recommend it.

This makes for a Great Gift

You can pretty much make book on any of the Dremel products. This compact saw is not going to be an exception to that.

Battery dies … quickly

I brought it for cutting pallets. The battery barely makes it through one pallet. If you bought it and are stuck, get another battery. If you are thinking of this, I would look elsewhere if you don’t want to keep changing the battery.

Very versatile

Great little saw. Could have included one extra battery pack for the big price.

I like the tool! I would rate it higher if I could find accessories such as a handle, a saw handle and a dust collector. Come on Dremel don't list it if you don't sell it.

Precise cut

For some reason I thought the blade was larger. However, it performed well.

The dremel is easy to handle and to mange

It's something that I had always wanted but wasn't able to get.

To me dust attachment is pointless

Works well for the reasons I purchased it. Be sure to buy an extra battery tho…seemed to need a recharge sooner than later.

Not as good as I expected

I purchased the saw a few weeks ago and it does not work as well as I expected, I have used the saw for cutting thin plywood, about a half inch and it continued to catch up and bind way to easy, short life time on the battery was noted as well, I would suggest getting a second battery and limiting this saw to use on trim only.

Great for installing flush floor vents

Purchased to assist in the installation of 7 flush wood flooor vents. Very maneuverable, even close to the wall. Ultra clean cut with good visibility to follow trace line. Only recommendation would be to obtain additional battery, so always one charged.

A little disappointed

Bought this to help with bathroom renovations. Battery life is short. When cutting 1/4 in hardiboard / cement board, the motor will depower after the first 6 in of cutting. Probably a great tool for extremely light tasks, but dont expect to rip through material faster than a snails pace.

A Great Lightweight Saw! This saw only weighs 4.6 pounds including the battery and blade. It is well designed and constructed with quality materials.
