Design error on part call out.
Would Not RecommendThis component fits horribly. After it was installed, it appears that it was a supposed to be used for an upper cabinet, not lower cabinet, spacer. This was installed last night, I will contact the Designer at Lowes to see what can be done now that it has been integrated into the cabinet layout. This was a design error. Probably just overlooked upper cabinet vs. lower cabinet when selecting the components.

Perfectly sized height to fit with cabinet height
Would RecommendGreat filler strip. If your filler is less than 3", then you'll need to cut the width down, but the height is the exact perfect height of the cabinets, so no need to cut the height.
