You're going to lose a lot of customers with this new formula

Please take the time to read my review in full. The previous formula had a lovely creamy lather that you could feel penetrate your pores and really clean you. This new formula is more of a foamy lather than a creamy one, and as a result, does not feel as penetrating, it feels as if you're just moving foam around on the top of your skin. I even noticed that I saw less dirt come off of me in the shower, proving my point. My guess is since the Sodium Laureth Sulfate was removed, this is the result....

Smells awful

I've been using spring water for years because it worked well and smelled great. The new product has a gross chemical smell. I can't stand showering with it.

this new formula is horrible in every way. i do not know why companies continue to change (and destroy) perfectly good products. they say our opinion matters but that is clearly not so--if it did then they would go back to the old formulas immediately. i have used dial products my whole life--i will no longer do so. if this would allow me to give 0 stars then i would.

New Formula is Awful

I used to love Dial Body Wash, it was one of the few body washes that I really felt clean and fresh after using; so many body washes nowadays are so ultra-moisturizing that they leave a film or just don't clean well enough. Now Dial's gone and removed the sulfates from their formula (I assume to give into the fear-mongering surrounding sulfates) and their body wash just doesn't work anymore. It's now slimy, has a weak lather, the smell is not quite the same as it used to be, and I'm left feeling...

Not improved. New version smells bad

I ordered a four pack of my usual good smelling body wash that I loved just to receive the new version and I am not happy. Just washed my hands to see how it will smell and I hate it. Smells like nasty flowers. I will be returning them for a refund. I am angry because it is so difficult to find a nice pleasant clean scent. I don't want to smell like flowers or food. Whoever decided to change it needs to be fired from their job! You don't change things that are great the way they are! Ignorance...

I'm so sad that Coconut Mango Body Wash appears to be discontinued

It's a sad reality that the best products disappear over time mainly because the new employees have egos that prefer their new products, no matter how successful the existing products are. Hope they consider bringing this back and I will be really sad the day the hand wash version gets pushed out too.

Why did you have to change something that was working

I buy this soap because I have sensitive skin. I have used dial for many years and especially this particular scent. The last time I picked some up at the store I realized it was a new bottle, which means the ingredients had likely changed. Luckily I still had my old bottle to compare and noticed that there was some extra added chemicals. Upon the first use my skin is super dry and flaky and i have developed little red bumps. Contact Dermatitis with new formula

I use to use this specific wash for years. Never had an issue. Once they changed the formula is developed contact dermatitis. It’s a shame because I really liked this body wash.

New formula is trash

Not sure why they changed the formula. I used this for years after a surgeon recommended it. It was my go to body wash. This new formula doesn't smell the same and my sinuses don't agree with it. It has more ingredients now. It dries my skin out. Please go back to the old formula.

Smells Good

I love the original Neutrogena body wash but I had a need for a Dial bodywash and this one smells really good and makes my bathroom smell nice. And I notice the bodywash didn't dry me out.

Dislike New Formula

I do not have a Vitamin E allergy like other unfortunate reviewers, but after also using Dial Spring Water for years, I will be looking for a new body wash brand. The new lather is ridiculous, either not lathering at all or quickly devolving into slime. Sometimes it will act properly, but rarely, and so it's just wasteful as I rinse away the first attempt and try again. I suppose that's great for Dial, but no thanks.

Vitamin E oil was added to this product.

I have been using this product for many years until a few weeks ago. I did not know that I was allergic to vitamin E oils until they changed the formula on this product. I ended up at the doctor’s office because I felt like my skin (mostly face) was on fire, 3 weeks later and the redness and peeling has finally subsided.

Remove Vitamin E Oil Allergy Causing Ingredient

I have used this body wash for years and now the formula suddenly changes. I used it once made my skin burn and my hands tinkle had to take benadryl to make it stop. I will never buy this product again unless the vitamin E oil is removed.
