The product does really work

I bought the product I used it it smells wonderful it works really great

Don't waste your money

This smells and feels like watered down dish soap. Dial Corp needs to bring back the clean rinsing body wash, spring water scent (greenish color), 2-in-1 Antibacterial Cleanser Plus Moisturizer.

Bought this bodywash recently and it is not what it was. No lather and runny.

Completely clean

The product work really great you will feel completely clean the skin feels so soft

Never again

It has changed and is now runny and doesn't lather.

I'm confused..I did not see Hydraulic acid in the ingredients of the new Dial body wash.. it just says the scent is Hydraulic acid...???????

Not the same

When they added the Vitamin E. This product no longer smells the same.

Not so great “new formula”

I have used for years with no issues! It was the only body wash I could use and now I am not able to do that as there is something that was added in that has cause contact dermatitis. Sadly I have to now use bar soap as it does not cause this issue and is still antibacterial 🙄 please go back to the original formula!

Pump doesn’t work. New packaging 946 ml container

Have been using this product for many years. The new packaging has a pump on the bottle. 946ml I’ve purchased this twice about 3 months apart at different retail outlets. The pump hasn’t worked either time. Had to transfer soap into the old container to use. Anyone else have this problem? Where can I buy this product in the original bottles 473 ml in Calgary AB

Dial Refresh & Renew went south

This used to be the best . Now is one if the worst. Won't buy ut again. Dial Co. really messed up. If I want to feel slick & yucky I'll use lotion. I want clean & lather with bath wash.

New Formula Sucks!

This stuff is awful for my sensitive skin. I didn't realize at 1st that it was a different label until I went to use it and it smells horrible. It gave me a rash!!! It doesn't make you feel clean either. Why on earth would you change something that didn't need to be changed. I wil no longer buy your products. It took me years to finally find a body wash that I could use and love. Please bring the old formula back so us sensitive skin customer's can use. I see all the reviews the one's that gave ...

BRING BACK OLD FORMULA W/O Vit E!!!

I have used dial liquid antibacterial for 10 years, picked one up not realizing the bottle said vitamin E. Only took about a day for an infection to appear. I have searched high and low for the old formula. I dumped the whole big bottle with a pump, down the drain! Never will buy it again. Ugh horrible!!

Awesome scent/ Bad pump

I love the clean fresh scent that lasrs all day! I use bars and jusr bought 3 23 oz pump body wash. All 3 pumps do NOT work 😪 They will not pop up so you can pump out the liquid. I could understand 1, but all 3?????? Not acceptable, especially for the price.

2nd Bottle With Defective Pump

I've used 3 bottles, and the pump doesn't work on 2 of them. It won't pop up.

New formula is terrible

I've been using the original Spring Water body wash for over a decade. I have extremely sensitive skin and this body wash helped clear up lots of issues I was having. The new formula is not the same and does not work the same. I'm starting to have the same issues I used to have years ago that had cleared up completely. Why change something that so many people have used for years when there wasn't anything wrong with it to begin with?! Like most of the other reviews say, BRING BACK THE OLD FORMU...

Disappointing New Formula

Been happily using the spring water body wash for several years before the formula change. After using the new bottle, I started experiencing painfully itchy skin and rashes appearing all over my body. Once I realized what the issue was, I discontinued use and my skin went back to normal. When checking over the new ingredients, I noticed they also removed all mention of the product being antibacterial. Really hoping Dial brings back the old formula soon, along with its antibacterial properties.....

Almost a GREAT product.

Please stop adding unnecessary colors to your products. There is no reason for it and this would be a 5/5 if you took out the harmful chemicals and random colors. We aren't coloring our skin with body wash.

Allergic to this new "Refresh and Renew"

I was advised some years ago, to use the Spring Fresh/Hydrate body wash which has antimicrobial abilities....long story short, I NEVER itched with the original, but now I itch like crazy after using this new version. I can't use most of the others either.....so, after about 7 years of nothing but the original, I will have to figure out something else to use.

Do They Listen?

This new refresh and renew is horrible to the skin, and the Vitamin E addition causes us skin rash. Please my family are loyal customers for over 20 years. PLEASE BRING BACK SPRING WATER without the Vit. E. Go back to old formula or at least give consumers a choice. Thank you

I spoke too soon, I really like the new formula

I wrote a previous review titled "You're going to lose a lot of customers with this new formula", but I spoke too soon & would like to retract that review. I think why I had a not-so-great experience the first time around was because I used too little of an amount. The amount I used would have even been too little for the old formula that had the sulphate. I think there are pros & cons for both the old & new formulas. This new formula still makes me feel & be clean like the old one. I like that ...
