Would RecommendThis product doesn’t include a very allergic ingredient “cocamidopropyl betaine“ which is the foaming agent. Most people hate that it doesn’t foam, but when you have an allergic reaction to ALL soaps because of this ingredient, it’s amazing to finally find one that is mild enough for the most sensitive skin! It also doesn’t include natural ingredients that I’m highly allergic to (floral-chamomile, lavender, pines, etc). It’s very hard to find something...

Is This Soap Safe?
Would Not RecommendI bought this because it was the only hand soap left on the shelf because of Covid 19 virus. I don't know if this is a knock-off soap from China or just defective. Is my family safe? Your hands still smell dirty after washing as directed. I will throw this large refill bottle in the trash to be safe.

Standard, basic antibacterial hand soap.
Would RecommendThis has been my go to hand soap before the craziness and still is. It's a pretty basic antibacterial hand soap, no extra un-needed scents or features. It does soap-up and create a lather or bubbles, depending on how you use it. One pump it all you need, on wet hands. I tend to use two pumps. One as i wet my hands and rinse, then a second pump on my rinsed hands. That second pump is when I'm able to really achieve a good lather or bubbles that really cover the hands. Great product for people who...

Dial liquid hand soap
Would Not RecommendThis soap is very watery did not lather very disappointed with this product

Too watery
Would Not RecommendI recently purchased a bottle of the Dial spring water refill...REGULAR handsoap, not the foam soap and it is extremely watery. The individual bottles of the dial handsoap aren't that way. I'm not sure what changes when they place the liquid inside of the refill containers but it does not have the same consistency. This also dries my skin out,yet the individual smaller dispensers do not.

Great product
Would RecommendThis is a great soap. The people here that complain about it being too watery have just not paid attention and put the wrong product in the wrong bottle. If you buy the foam and put it in the liquid bottle, it will be watery. Follow directions and you'll be it's great. Say your ABCs!

Defective or just missing Second Product?
Would Not RecommendIt's like not using any soap. Will not lather. Says Use Only with Dial Total Clean Formula 2.0 right next to New Active! Total Clean Formula 2.0. Is it Total Clean Formula 2.0 do I need a second product not sure.

The only product I use daily.
I have been using this product daily for years as a general hand cleaner and to kills germs prior to inserting contact lenses. I personally do not understand some of the odd reviews about it being thin or lathering. While soap lather does suspend dirt, it is not required to properly clean your hands. In fact, it cleans dirt from my job off my hands after I've already washed my hands after work!

I will purchase again.
Would RecommendI do have a question though. Goes along with another person's review. I purchased the Spring Water foaming soap in dispenser. It does say Use ONLY With Dial Total Clean Formula 2.0. So I purchased the 52 oz REFILL that was right next to it. It says REFILL on the front. When I refilled the used up foam container, it did not work as a refill in the foam dispenser. I Watered it down and got it to work in the foam dispenser. I really like the foaming product but they should put some instructions if ...

Disappointed in this produce
Would Not RecommendI bought this product and it is extremely watery and does not lather. Maybe I'm missing something. The bottle clearly states "Use ONLY with Dial Total Clean Formula 2.0. Is this supposed to be mixed with something else in order to get it to be thicker?

Generic brands are better
Would Not RecommendI bought the liquid hand soap, spring water scent for use in my kitchen and bathroom. It is so watery and does not lather at all. As a registered nurse, I know that hand washing is the number one way to prevent the spread of infections. This product was terrible. Do not waste your time or money on it. I've used generic brands that are much nicer.

Do not purchase this product
Would Not RecommendUnless I find out my bottle has defective product in this, do not spend your money on this soap. It is far too watery to be used as hand soap. Very disappointed.
