Would RecommendThis towel bar looks very elegant. Surprising that anyone with basic handyman skills would have any trouble with the installation (it comes with a template to mark the holes and all needed hardware). "Slip-on" attachment is HIGHLY superior to old set screw system. Sturdy.

A solution if the clip pulls away from the wall
Get a 1/8 x 2 inch toggle bolt. Make the original center hole in the wall larger by using a 3/8 inch drill bit... the top hole on the bracket will no longer be needed. Put the screw from the toggle through the center hole of the bracket, screw on the toggle a couple of turns. Push the toggle through the wall until it releases. Tighten the screw making sure the small hole on the bracket is on top. Snap the bar into place. Now the bar is secure with a 5-star rating.
