Do not buy before reading below

If you buy this series of faucets know that the kitchen faucet you pull forward for hot and the bathroom faucets you push back for hot. I called Delta and they say it was designed that way. Who wants to remember what direction each faucet is and the dots are small for my eyes. Had a plumber reverse the kitchen so it was in the normal convention but the dots are backwards

Looks Nice, But Really Temperamental

This faucet looks beautiful, but it's really temperamental. The batteries are always going out, and then you can't get any water from the faucet. It says the batteries will last for two years, and we're lucky if they last for 3 months. Recently, the touch function is also not working, so we keep replacing the batteries, but that's clearly not solving the problem. Ultimately, while it looks beautiful, if it's not functional, I can't recommend it. Wish it worked better.

looks great, but started dripping after 1.5 years

We purchased this faucet in March of 2021. The faucet looks great but it recently started dripping, so we're a little disappointed. Our other faucets, which were less expensive, have gone over 10 years without dripping so it's a little frustrating that this one has already started to drip.

Arrive with Broken and Missing Parts

When I spend over $500 for a faucet that is being shipped by Lowe’s, I expect to receive a new product, This one was obviously a return; at least one part was missing, and another was broken off and then taped back in place! then when I scheduled a return, it appears they will only refund the faucet price, and not the ~$30 it cost me for shipping!

not good pressure

I like many things about this faucet except that the water flow sucks. it starts as a trickle and takes a long time to finally build to where it should be.

Different Color

Just received this faucet and the bronze looks nothing like the photos. The bronze looks like a stainless steel with an extremely subtle hint of gold/bronze, in fact without a bright light you will not be able to see the hint of color at all.

Poor Quality

After one year of use, the magnetic part on the sprayer has rusted, swollen and fallen off. It began to erode within months of installation. Very disappointed.

Great Customer Service and Product

We bought this faucet because of the touch technology and the clean look. After quite a few years we noticed the spray handle not clipping back on as well. I went to the Delta website to find parts and after asking a question on the site was quickly greeted by their customer service rep named Kelley. Kelley asked a few questions and found my faucet was under warranty. I was sent the replacement parts and was able to repair the faucet with no problem. Sleek Lines

The faucet was installed a month ago and my husband and I are very happy. It is a major improvement on the KWC faucet we had for ten years. This Delta faucet had a nice with to it and it can pull out and down.

Quality faucet

This is a quality looking and feeling faucet. Add bonus is the plastic pipe wrench is included for installation.

Replacement part

My kitchen sink aerator/filter was partially clogged and Justin walked me thru trying to clear it out and we decided in the end to just replace it. I am back in business again. Thanks!

Great sleek faucet

Faucet is so pretty and simple. The pull down feature is just sleek and slim. My one and only comment is that it seems backwards that the hot water is hot when the handle is turned down (towards you). I have the same prep sink version of this faucet and the temperature control is backwards.

Looks good and it works.

We had designers pick this style for us and we couldn't be happier with the design that matches our kitchen. It does work great.

I have a problem

I've had this faucet for 1/1/2 years now...and still cannot get the water to be hot enough to do dishes. It's NOT a problem with the plumbing in my home...because my old faucet (Grohe) mixed the water perfectly and the handle position made water whatever temperature I wanted. This faucet only allows the water to get luke warm.....despite being as far left as it will go. I've had many suggestions as to what to do to fix it....but so far no LUCK! I'm NOT a fan and will switch back to a differe...

Like it a lot

I had my new Delta Trinsic faucet installed nearly a month ago and I'm very happy with it. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't reach as far into my large porcelain sink as my previous faucet did. A minor complaint, admittedly.

Nice Faucet but it is leaking from the supply line

The faucet was working fine for a couple of years and then I notice water in the bottom of the cabinet Looks like it is dripping from where the supply lines enter into the facet body What is the fix for this leaking problem This facet is a product that my home builder had chose for our new house

Love it!!!!

I have Had my faucet for 2 1/2 years now and I love it. Still looks and works like it was new.
