Faucet is great but soap dispenser doesn't match!

At first we bought the Trask commercial faucet which had a very nice soap dispenser. We liked it but was it much too tall for our kitchen. We returned it and bought this Trask faucet and the size was perfect (16" tall). We didn't take notice of the soap dispenser because we assumed it would be the same one. Make sure your kitchen is high enough to handle such a large faucet. It’s almost proportionally too big for my little kitchen, but i love it so much, I’m ignoring it, lol!

better than expected

bought it about a month ago, and it worked flawlessly since the beginning. Installation was simple, just followed instructions. I like leaving the manual valve open all the time, and using the electric features, very nice!; one issue: no part numb er or comments about the power adapter for the electrical portion; I recommend using C size batteries. Turns off and On by itself

I have had this Faucet for a year and it has been nothing but trouble and my wife just asked me to remove it. It turns off and on by itself. I have had two Plummer’s look at it and they think it is a defective unit.

I liked the look of this faucet and was torn between purchasing the standard or touch2O model. Opted for the touch. I was not sure I would really like or use the touch feature. I was wrong, I love it! It took a little getting used to but it is a great feature. If you do a lot of dishes by hand or even with food prep, it is very convenient. Nice product

I love the faucet it has been installed for 3 days now. Day one was great but since then I have gone through 12 batteries and I just purchased an AC adapter but now the faucet is turning on and off on it's own and flashing intermittently. Not too sure what to do.

Unique and well designed

Have been using this for a number of weeks now with no problems. It was easy to install and seems to work great. There is a red light that is on when the water is hot. I thought there was a blue one for cold but have not seen that one. The touch system works great but does take a little time to get used t.

So far excellent.

We just bought this faucet 4 days ago and I installed it the next day. I read the instructions and watched the video on the Canadian web page. The installation was straight forward. The only small glitch was the sensor light showed red all the time. I adjusted the ground wire and connection to the solenoid quite a few times until it finally turned blue and stayed blue. Now everything seems to work properly. My family loves the touch feature and we should use less water.

Touch Faucet

I had new Counter Tops installed and chose this Faucet to complement the project. This Faucet is a quality piece and the Touch20 Technology works amazingly well! Extremely happy with my choice.

Had a problem with the touch solenoid valve. Ordered replacement part under warranty, received the part no problem and repaired the faucet. Works like a charm again.

I love the features and the no touch

When we first purchased the faucet it worked great but after a few months it would go through batteries like crazy. Then it would just turn it self on when no one was even in the area. We did some research and found that we could purchase the Delta Faucet Power Supply for Gen 3 Solenoid. Which worked great. Now all of a sudden the faucet has decided to work when it feels like it.
