Great product and very functional.

10 years so far, bunch of kids

Excellent for 10 years with many kids (9 now). Delta sent replacement parts free of charge! Amazing!

Great faucet

Love the look, easy to use, nice and tall so big pots easy to fit in sink.

Loosens easily

I have had this faucet for a while and the only thing I can say bad about it is that it constantly loosens up. Now the bolt holes in the brass nut underneath as well as the the threads on the stem are completely shot and stripped. Very irritating to say the least considering the cost of the faucet.

Magnet rusted out

The magnet at top of faucet that hose runs through has rusted out and I had to remove it. The spraying end piece no longer stays up because of it. It’s a poor design if the magnet rusted out so easily.

Issue with Magnet

This is the second claim I will be doing on this faucet tomorrow. There is a piece called "Retainer/Magnet" and it becomes corroded and then you will see pieces of it fall out and eventually the entire piece comes out and renders the faucet hanging. Easy to change out but there is definitely a design flaw or metallurgy defect. I had this faucet for 4 years now and every 16 months I have to replace this item...Disappointed and I will be calling tomorrow.

Love this faucet

I moved to a new home a few months ago and hated the kitchen faucet. I had this Delta Cassidy faucet in my old home and loved it so I ordered one for this kitchen. It was like welcoming an old friend. I love the way it looks and performs. It looks great in my new kitchen. It was a very good decision!

Beautiful and very functional!

A beautiful faucet especially with our darker sink & countertop. Works very well and I love the darker gold finish & spot resistance. Pricey, but, worth it!

No water pressure out of head

We like our new faucet, just had complete kitchen remodel completed two months ago. For some reason with the head off water pressure is great but screws the head on and we lose water pressure, plumber had head off once and it improved slightly but now it’s right back to low pressure, very frustrating

Leaking after 5 months

DEL-9197-RB-DST. I do like the faucet. It would have received a 4-5 star rating. But unfortunately it is already leaking after 5-6 months of light use. It is leaking at the connection between the spray head and hose. O-ring has no scars. Might be a bad design or something faulty. I still haven’t heard back about my warranty claim.

Not the right color

Just installed this and we ordered champagne bronze but looks completely different than the photos. Very disappointed.

Gorgeous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We self installed and everything went smoothly, no complaints there, come with all the parts needed, I absolutely love this faucet, it's stylish, durable, and has great water pressure,the hose is long and it snaps back into place easily. Looks beautiful. The hardest part of the installation is removing the old faucet. I would recommend this faucet. Quality materials, easy installation, works well, feels nice.

Classic design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful faucet that goes well with my decor. It has very classic and elegant lines to it. I do wish it came with a built in soap dispenser so I could have the matching pieces. Looks great and also functions great!

Nice looking and works well

The product works well and looks nice. It replaces an identical looking model, but the finish on this does not match even though I ordered the same model number. Thus only 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Great Faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Faucet! the finish is nice and goes well with a stainless steel sink. It's not 100% match but that could be wear or not, I am unsure. the single handle worked well letting you pick the right temperature of water you want without being a pain. The Nylon pull away cord is supple and doesn't have the cheap feeling you get from other faucets. The head is a good size when holding it solo with a nice a easy clip that toggles between modes.

Shiny and Beautiful
