Great style easy to install

Great faucet. Easy to clean and is just the right size. Installation was easy.

The nozzle feels small in the hand.

The faucet has a very modern and streamlined profile. I like that it seems to disappear into the kitchen. The only disadvantage is the the nozzle fits small in in my hand. Feels very delicate when I do doing dishes.

I had purchased gold however was too bright. This champagne finish is more discreet and modern.

Sleek Easy to Use

Handle makes it easy to operate without touching with food/greasy hands. I went looking for a Touch type faucet This designs allows for you to easily use the back of your hand to turn the water on. I especially love the magnetic "attach" when the pull down head returns to the faucet. It has a very simple sleek look. Very happy with this purchase.

Not so professional installation service

The product itself is fine. The major failure was paying for professional installation through Lowe’s. I contracted with Lowe’s for installation scheduled on Sunday, January 11, with an arrival window of 8:00–11:00 AM. I cut a business trip short specifically to be home for this appointment. Five minutes after the window closed, I received a text stating the installation had been rescheduled for January 15—no call, no explanation, no notice. Absolutely Amazing! No More Water on the Counter

WOW! I love this faucet. It is high tech, so it takes some getting used to. After my husband easily installed it, I couldn't get the touchless or touch feature to work. Then I read the operation instructions (he didn't). I reset it to the correct settings, then we watched the online video, and ta-da, it works. High quality, excellent feel to the moving parts. Works perfectly and very ergonomic to use. Couldn't be happier with the choice for our kitchen upgrade!

Low Quality

Bought this faucet from Lowes in 2020. It's been installed for roughly 5 years. I spent the big bucks on Delta because I believed it to be a quality brand. It is now leaking at the handle and the magnet ring that holds the faucet head up has rusted, so the head does not sit flush in the holder. Would not recommend. Apparently Delta has a warranty IF YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT, but who would have the original receipt 5 years later. Pointless.
