[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. It came it just the right time when I was remodeling my kitchen. My cousin had an automatic faucet and I actually majorly disliked it. I don’t know what it is about this one, but it’s functionality is amazing and I’ve had no problems with it! The matte black is just so gorgeous.

I use a soft cloth to clean it and it cleans up very easily. I like how the docking system is magnetized and I can trust it will work every time because I trust the Delta name

Works great

Removed old delta classic faucet and installed this. The hard part was removing the old faucet. Instaling this was a breeze. The only 'difficult' part was the water lines are VERY stiff plastic, not flexible lines. Also the escutcheon plate is a bit cheap feeling. I did not seal with caulk but you may want to. The sensor is sensitive but can be adjusted. All in all it's a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where has this faucet been all my life? This faucet was super easy to install despite the crazy yoga position that I had to maintain under my sink. It took about 10 minutes and was ready to go. I love the touchless technology. It super convenient especially after handling raw meats. It has great water pressure which makes clean dishes a breeze. I love the black finish and it completes my kitchen look. I highly recommend!

Extremely Dissatisfied

I purchased this faucet 4 months ago and I hate it for four reasons. Firstly, it uses 6 AA batteries in about 3 weeks and must be charged out. Secondly, when the battery runs out, you cannot use the faucet at all because water flow stoos immediately and won't restart until the batteries are replaced. If you are in the middle of a task like cooking and your hands are dirty, you have to go to another water source until the batteries are replaced. Fairly often the water flow shuts off on its own ...

Sensor too sensitive

Thought this would be a good addition to the kitchen. The sensor is too sensitive, turning itself off with the slightest movement. Unable to wash dishes with ease since we are constantly having to turn it back on multiple times while using it.

Easiest faucet to use!

It is very easy to use and very responsive to my touch no matter where I touch it.

Attractive kitchen faucet with useful features

We installed this ourselves a month or so ago, and it wasn't too bad. The touch system on this one is definitely better than an optical sensor one (we had this in our last faucet). It's easily turned on/off, but we don't have false activations, like if a water droplet goes over the sensor. The water pressure is slightly less out of this faucet than we have been used to, but it hasn't been an issue for us. The sprayer works very well, and it's an easy pull out and put back. terrible performance. the "touch to turn on/off" feature was worthless within the first few weeks since the valve didn't stop the water. There must be two valves to turn the faucet off, the main valve and then the valve used when using the touch feature. If I turn the water off using the traditional handle then the water turns off. If I turn the water off using the "touch" feature the water stops but there is a "drip, drip, drip" out of the faucet head. It'd waste gallons of water a day if I...

Surprised this is an electronic hands free faucet. It works great. The price was very reasonable.
