What Customers Are Saying
The Delta shower cartridge received mixed reviews. While some found it easy to install and effective at stopping leaks, many customers reported significant quality and reliability issues. The cartridge frequently started leaking within a short period, often requiring multiple replacements. Concerns were also raised about water flow, temperature control, and overall product quality. Despite a few positive experiences, the majority of reviews suggest this is an unreliable product that fails and requires repeated replacement.

Two colors make sure to get the right one
Would RecommendThis was the exact part I needed to fix my leaky shower. The employee who helped me was very informative. He told me that this cartridge comes in two colors(white and gray) I did not know this. It is very important to replace it with the right color cartridge. Which I did. All went well. Now Saving money and water drip by drip.

Would RecommendNot A Delta
Would Not RecommendOriginal Delta Cartridges have a black body, not gray. I installed this gray cartridge for our 1400 series delta faucet. It did not fix the leak. Had a plumber come out to tell me this is an aftermarket cartridge. So lowes is reselling aftermarket parts as original and reaping the profit.

Not A Delta Part
Would Not RecommendI bought this to replace a shower cartridge for a 1400 series delta faucet. It was leaking after install. Called a plumber and he pulled it out and said this is an after market product. If it was Delta the body would be black and not gray. Lowes is selling aftermarket parts as original and thats illegal.
