Leaky in less than a year.
Would Not RecommendThis faucet is only at a year old and leaks and drips and runs up my water bill. It is very pricey for the parts for them to do the same thing. Thinking of replacing the whole thing from Delta. I thought Delta was high quality but it’s getting so expensive.

1 year old house shower faucet leaking..
Would Not Recommendi just noticed the leaky shower faucet in the hall and very disappointed. Ryan homes used Delta products. I looked at the price of the cartridge and is very expensive I'm not handy either to replace it myself. I know things break or wear out but not this quick. If you buy a new house use another brand.

Would RecommendPros: It works quite well (OEM lasted a good 15years). Cons: Way too expensive--can get cheaper online (both Delta brand and generics) and possibly free direct from Delta under warranty. Delta had originally sent a replacement seal kit with springs (the inner parts) under warranty, but the unit still leaked.
