But I guess the jokes on me for not reading everything and looking at all of the pictures be cuz sure as heck, the ONE piece I need to fix my faucet is the only piece not in the rebuild kit!

Instructions lacking
Parts may be fine and solve the problem (I don't know yet), but instructions are lacking. Your pictures of the individual parts in the kit are too small to see and they each need to be labeled with the name you have given them. Adjusting ring? Cap assembly? Your customer doesn't know what those parts are without a lot of effort. Your kit should have a list of what's included and a clear picture of what each part looks like.
