Looks great - but water handle fell off

Very good looking, but the water handle is loose and fell off after 4 days. The touch sensor is intermittent and occasionally drips.

Disappointing

The “touch” part of this product doesn’t work properly and when it doesn’t work, the faucet doesn’t work, meaning we have no water flow at all. The “touch” part works off of a battery pack. When the faucet stopped working we replaced the batteries. Doesn’t solve the problem. Asked for a refund from Lowe’s and Delta but Lowe’s refused and Delta wants to give us a partial refund saying we should have “tested” the problem with them before requesting a refund. No surprises.

I bought this to replace a Moen “ No Touch” faucet because it cost a lot less. While the Moen served well the Delta features are superior. A problem with the Moen was it was easy to inadvertently turn it on doing something else like taking dry dishes out to put away. Not a problem with the Delta. The Delta provides better volume. Garbage

I am a plumber. A good one. My home has great water pressure. Both hot and cold flow goes thru a solenoid valve (the touch feature) that has a strainer 1/6th the size of a thimble. This is a MAJOR bottleneck. My body waste water plumbing flows way better than this faucet. Additionally, the water supplies are PEX tubing. Delta is so afraid of failure, they also send you high flow stop check valves! Really??? Total total garbage. At $325 I’m not a happy guy. I cut it up and thru it away. I bought ...

LOVE the design; bought the brushed nickel and it's beautiful in my kitchen. The whole thing is great. I love it & am so glad I got it!

Don’t wait - just buy

The touch is super responsive and makes it so simple to turn on and off. Not sure I want to go back to the old way. The sprayer is simple to use and retracts easily. Installation was easy to understand and anyone can do it if you have two adjustable wrenches. It’s pricey and no soap dispenser included. For the price I felt that was not right.

Love this faucet!!

I don't do a lot of reviews, but this faucet deserves one. Last year, we completely renovated our kitchen and this beauty is one of my favorite parts. It works flawlessly and it's been almost a year since it was installed and I haven't had to get new batteries yet (which was a concern). The only issue I had was from the plumber not following the installation instructions, which caused issues with the touch feature.
