I bought a faucet and paid for the installation. Lowe’s called after I received the item and said the installer would contact me within 2 days. No one has contacted me. It’s been 5 days. I have already been charged $175 for instillation. The faucet has not been installed.

We've had ours for a little over 2 years and have had significant problems with it. A plumber installed the faucet. It started dripping just a few weeks after installation - and per Delta fixing it involved taking part of the faucet apart, taking the supply lines out, emptying them into a bucket, and more. Clean, simple design
Would RecommendI like the clean, simple lines of this faucet. In addition, it doesn't show spots and the nozzle snaps back into the faucet for a tight fit. NOTE: if you are going to use the plate that comes with the faucet, you need to purchase a 3-hole sink.

Instructions state to loop water line tubing but the tubing is Not flexible for looping. Instructions state: "ensure tabs on escutcheon and cover plate are properly located in slots in bottom of faucet hub -- tabs are NOT long enough to connect with slots in the bottom of the hub.
