Touchless feature is too sensitive

Nice faucet, just over sensitive “touchless” feature. We’ve turned that off all together as water would turn on unexpectedly when working near sink area. Caused a few messes with that one. Otherwise, easy to install, looks nice, and so far “touch” on/off very convenient and added convenience.

It works perfectly. It is so convenient to touch on/off and keep getting the same water temperature. The installation problems were: first it was touching our stainless sink at the mounting hole, and second we had to ground the sink to a water pipe (it was ghosting).

Well made, but can be maddening

I've owned this faucet for about a month now, and while it is well made, I do have one big thing that holds me up from giving it a better review. So we installed it in a stainless steel sink and it was grounded to the sink. That means you will touch the sink and turn on the water. I've tried to move it so it stops doing that, but we'll see. Installation instructions could have been a little bit better but the faucet was not hard to install. My wife and are pleased with the faucet and the touch feature is nice.

Sleek and touchless!

The directions could’ve been a bit clearer, but my husband and I had it installed in less than an hour. I love the sleek design and the high arch. The touchless technology is a game changer when I have icky hands from cooking! I also like the red/blue lights for temperature indicators. Overall, we are very happy with this faucet!

Reasonably priced faucet good features shows water temp increase.. has swivel spout three sprays. The cone spot spray is very forceful cleans stuck on debris.

Easy and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet was easy to install and has really improved our time in the kitchen! Very easy to turn on with messy hands by waving in front or touching the top. No leakage when it is on and the automatic feature is not faulty in the slightest. It only turns on if someone is really waving their hand in front of it.

Elegant addition to our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet was a great replacement for the one we had. It is sturdy and the look elevates the sink because it is a big sized faucet. The installation did take me an hour but it can definitely be a DIY project! It works well so far but I will say, the touch feature does take batteries!
