What Customers Are Saying
The product offers a versatile dual shower head and handheld design that customers generally find convenient and effective. Many users praise the strong water pressure and overall quality of the shower experience. However, some customers have reported issues with the durability of the plastic components, such as the hose and connectors, which can break or leak over time. Cheap plastic swivel connector
Would Not RecommendThe plastic swivel connector that joins your shower arm (metal pipe) to this shower head, as supplied by the manufacturer (Delta), cracked after only a few years of light duty. While a metal connector would have lasted for decades, the connector that Delta supplies is made of cheap plastic that will suddenly crack and drop the entire shower head in your tub. Beware!

Attractive and versatile
Would RecommendThis shower head is not only good looking but also quite user friendly and versatile. Its full head provides a great shower AND the inner section comes off a magnetized base to let you have a European style hand held shower experience as well. A valve allows you to divert the flow to just the outer shower, to the inner hand held section, or both. In addition, the inner section has several spray options from gentle to massage.

A Shower Under Angel Falls
I think this showerhead is absolutely amazing. It actually appears to provide more water than what it consumes. You may find your water bill goes up slightly, but I don’t care. It feels like I’m taking a shower underneath the waterfall.
