Would RecommendEasy to install; much better than the other brand I took back and returned. Works as it says it does: one head, two head, and most importantly allows me to turn it off to a drizzle as I let the handle fall extended in place as I help my elderly father to shower and thus keep the correct temperature which the other brand did not allow me to do. The biggest compliment I can say is after buying this for my dad's shower...I bought one for my shower!

Would RecommendDual head is really nice for cleaning the shower and spot water jets. Really easy to hook up, no tools needed except plumber tape. Later found it was included, nice! Flow is on the slow side like other reviews. Probably will pull out the restrictor like other did.

Would Not RecommendThe hose is too short for me, I'm only 5'4". The hose reaches me a few inches past my waist. The water flow is reduced compared to the old combo I bought from Lowes. Granted, you can remove some of the inner shower head to allow more water flow but since the hose was so short, it didn't really matter to me. So I found an identical combo to the old shower head we had and it's so much better than this one. We will keep this new one as a back up, it never hurts to have something on hand.

Would RecommendI previously had the 2.5gpm version of this shower head, which still works great. Water is not scarce in my area. But people were draining the water heater very quickly, running out of hot water. Our water heater then took a long time to recover, preventing another person from taking a shower soon. Our mitigation strategy was using the shower's flow control valve (versus just an off-cold-hot valve) so we limited the flow to conserve hot water for the next person. But there's another way.
