Would Not Recommendwish i had read reviews but i went for the brand name delta figuring it was a good product. very dissapointed not enough heat even after paying to get it adjusted and no water pressure. Dont Buy this

Would RecommendReasonably priced for both the trim fittings and the valve. Workwell except we had to go back in and recalibrate the heat setting. Doesn't have an adjustment for how much water is spraying out, just the temperature is adjustable. My tenant likes it very much.

Would RecommendNeeded to replace old leaking faucet. Bought this one to replace similar item. Only draw back is that it doesn't allow that much water to flow like the old faucet.

Would RecommendThis unit was a very good value for its price. I liked it since it included the internal valve and connections along with the outer trim set. Many other trim sets were 3 times the price and you still had to buy the valve and connectors. Also, for my tenants it is simple to use: Just turn it on and go left until you get the temp you want. I didn't like that we had it completely assembled and then found out iit was 'scald set' only for less than tepid water. We had to take apart to reset it t...
