Matte Black Faucet that just looks fantastic

The faucet was great. The matte black really looked awesome next to our white quartzite countertops and white backsplash. It stands out in the best way. The touch function took a little getting used to but we love it.

Lowe’s Delivery after purchase SUCKS!!!!

After purchase, item delivery was delayed 7 times before final delivery. While waiting for Lowe’s delivery, I purchased same item for $100 less from different vendor, had it delivered, installed, and used for 9 days before Lowe’s item arrived. I attempted to cancel Lowe’s item delivery to prevent wasted trip, but customer service was unable to cancel.

Over all happy with purchase.

Nice product, does what it says with no leaks any looks great.

A little bit different but when you get used to it is easier. Best part is it keeps your granite free from stains caused by dripping hands.

just what I wanted a faucet to do

Lasted 16 Months!

Installed the first week of May 2024, this is my 3rd Delta faucet in my kitchen....This one is the biggest disappointment. I pulled down the nozzle and all this rust came down all in my sink. 16 months! $375.00! I will be calling Delta tomorrow! So frustrated! Do not buy!

Overall a good faucet, touch technology is nice

Love the faucet overall. The touch technology is very convenient, especially when you do a lot of cooking. The battery life of the touch sensor is also pretty good. I change the batteries every 18 months or so. The selector button on the front has definitely gotten more difficult to press, but still able to easily select between spray and center with just my thumb. My biggest complaint - it started rusting after about 2 years. The connection between the retractable head and the downspout start...

3 issues in less than 6 months

Installed this faucet in our kitchen sink in February. During install plumber noticed issue with the solenoid, it was making a squeaking sound. Contacted Delta and they sent out a new part and the plumber changed it out. In March the plastic base of the faucet suddenly just broke into pieces. Contacted delta again and they sent a new part. Faucet again fixed and now in July the base is cracked again. Delta will not replace with a different faucet or provide credit but will send me another part. ...

Not yet installed but similar to same type I have owned. Its a Delta, so it's gonna be good.

Started dropping

Great faucet, but started dripping after 6 years of use. Just be prepared to change out if going with this technology.

Sprayer Head Rusts

The product, designed to control the flow of water is made with materials which rust... Seriously, after two years of use, the magnet which attaches the sprayer head to the main body is rusted to a point where it no longer sits flush. This is an expensive premium faucet, especially when you get the Touch2O version. It's just blatantly unacceptable.

Broken plastic at base

Black plastic piece with indicator light was broken in the box. There was no broken piece of plastic in the box which means it was put into the box at the company broken. This was horribly inconvenient as the plumber was already in the process of replacing the sink and faucet. I had to rush to the store to buy a different faucet. This will be returned.

We are pleased with Lowes service again.

We selected the replacement Delta faucet on basis of previous experience with similar item and price including installation. We chose Lowes installation option and were very pleased with the how the plumber worked with us for a timely install.

Mixed bag

I ordered the Essa touch2O from Lowes a month or two ago and It has been a mixed bag. In many ways it is great. Lowes shipping was fine. The installation was straightforward (just like the video). I like the touch feature and it is reliable so far (I splurged on the AC adapter - overpriced wall wart, but I have it now). The temperature light is effective (the color change lags a bit going from cold to hot, but it is a nice visual cue). The pull down feature is smooth and the weighted ass...
