How could they get it so wrong?
I love my pfaucet. Good quality. However when I ordered this black Delta Fay they sent a stainless steel colored Moen that was nothing like my order. The store was very nice and corrected the issue but it caused another week later and nd another trip to the store. I am not sure how they got it so wrong on the first shipment. It all turned out fine, just a real inconvenience.

Good faucet
As advertised. Easy to use and increased out water pressure. Looks good and functions well. The finish shows fingerprints a bit more than we anticipated.

Good looking and functional!
Would RecommendWe really like this faucet--how it looks, how it works, etc. Feels very solid, the pull-down nozzle is tight fitting and the two spray types work great. On/off handle easy to dial in to desired water temp.

Modern faucet great design… leaking in 6 months
I had this faucet installed less than 6 months ago and got a leak. The booklet provided with the faucet was for a different model. Now I’m trying to find the part number to order the Valve Cartridge… but not even the website shows me the part. I love Delta and have many of their products in my home….and haven’t had any issues before now.

Great faucet, bad instructions
Would RecommendThe faucet itself gets 5 stars. The installation instructions get 1 star. There wasn’t a parts list and there were very few words explaining the images. I was able to figure it out by test fitting some parts in different ways, but I could easily see someone not being able to install the faucet with the instructions provided. The faucet itself is great! Good water pressure and looks great.

Water spills all over the place
Would Not RecommendThis was installed by the builder in my new home and unfortunately, whenever I open the tap, water spills all over the place on the countertop around the sink. When spoken to the builder, they replied that is how this product works. I had a Moen kitchen faucet in my earlier home, never had this issue and the water flow was much smoother. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product.
