Nice faucet with a couple of quirks

This replaced an aging Moen faucet, and something that really caught my attention was the fact that you could tap it or use motion sense to turn it on or off. Installation was easy. The instructions were clear and it only took me about an hour including the removal of the old faucet. Fit, finish, features and function are all great. Hit or Miss

This is the second faucet I purchased. The first one was great and worked perfectly. I moved house so wanted to get the same one and this one doesn’t work properly. It randomly shuts off even when it’s not touched and seems overly sensitive. Very disappointing.

Love the look, but falls apart over time

This product looks great and works great while it lasts. Unfortunately, over time the magtite doc system rusts and falls apart. We have purchased 2 over a five year span and it has happened to both of them. Now it looks terrible and the sprayer doesn’t doc correctly.

This faucet looks great and works so well. The hands free feature is wonderful!

COME ON DELTA!!!

I have been so aggravated with the “Touchless” technology of this faucet! I have emailed twice with no response! I read the review from Dec 15, 2024, that had the same issue. I followed the instructions it gave to “turn off the Touchless”. It didn’t work!!! (Shocker). I finally went to YouTube and searched “turn off Touchless for delta faucet…….” The first video showed exactly what to do. WHY CANT DELTA TELL YOU THIS?!!! I WILL NEVER BUY DELTA AGAIN. SO INCREDIBLY AGGRAVATING!!!

I’m confused

I wrote a review, received an email telling me Lowe’s/Delta responded. But I don’t see it anywhere. They provide a link to click to see “the discussion” but it just goes to the product page. I go to the reviews and don’t see my review. My faucet turns on and off all on its own. The “touch” works fine, the “Touchless” is horrible. I just want to know how to turn that option off if possible. Is it possible to just email me the answer?

Touch only please

The “touchless” does not work. The faucet goes on and off by itself. The “touch” works fine. Please email me on how to turn the “Touchless” off but leave the “touch” on.

Low flow through nozzle

Flow through nozzle very low. When first installed, flow was fine; over time, flow reduced quite a bit. Soaked in vinegar overnight and flow was stronger. After a week, flow again down to a bit more than a trickle. There does not seem be any nozzle replacement parts and from other models similar to this one, there are no serviceable parts inside nozzle. Very disappointed I may need to replace entire faucet due to a non-serviceable part at this price point.

So glitchy

This faucet is beautiful, and in theory it would be great, but the no-touch feature is so glitchy that's it's frustrating. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't -- it literally changes at all times. We spent more money on this faucet than another one for the convenience it should provide when cooking/baking with messy foods or raw meat, but it's causing more annoyance than anything. We're going to talk to Delta about exchanging it for a non-touchless one because we're more willing to go throu...

A really nice faucet

Installed this the other day and the install was very easy. I had a special fitment issue that required putting the handle 90 degrees from normal. This put the handle in front of the spout and exposed the setscrew hole. Delta could not sell me a plug to cover the hole so I went online and bought a Delta RP53458 plug and it fit perfectly. Just wish their hotline was more knowledgeable rather than finding excuses not to help.

Excellent Design and Function

We bought our Trask faucet in 2016 when we remodeled our home .... loved the design and utility of it so much that we bought a second one for our downstairs mini-kitchen. We only buy Delta faucets and recommend them to others because of the quality of and the warranty on their products. The upstairs kitchen faucet gets heavy use and has just begun to drip - looks like we will need a cartridge replacement - we love this faucet in spite of it!!

Wonderful faucet

Purchased this faucet to replace a Delta Savile (horrible product). The Trask has so much more water pressure and works great!!!!!!
