Timeless style and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely beautiful. Easy to install and easy to use. The touch technology can be a little cumbersome to use, and switching out batteries is a pain, but all in all a great piece.

nice flow, easy install

forgot lines were supplied, happy to see. easy to install and so far very happy with faucet. wish Delta would put a more obvious display of hot/cold than the small imprint in the stainless steel body.

Handle won’t hold up

Thought this would be great. Having kids, we ended up not liking the touch technology. After a year, we dismantled the electrical parts and ran it as a regular faucet. However, this may have been a mistake because within another year, the handle started falling falls off all the time. You can’t buy a replacement handle only. Rusted, Disintegrating Magnetic Docking Ring

Just like another reviewer posted my Delta Touch Faucet has a rusted magnetic ring that docks the spray head that has rusted away, completely disintegrated. For a faucet in this price range I would expected more longevity.

Splashy

Splashy...literally. The aerator in this faucet underperformed and leaves you with too focused a stream meaning that anytime something enters the stream it splashes everywhere. Some faucets come with several aerator so that you can adjust it to your preference, but not this one. There also aren't others available for purchase. Not installed

I bought a faucet and paid for the installation. Lowe’s called after I received the item and said the installer would contact me within 2 days. No one has contacted me. It’s been 5 days. I have already been charged $175 for instillation. The faucet has not been installed.

Unreliable

My solenoid is again not working. This problem has occurred once before. I don't think this system is reliable, and once it is out of warranty, you are on your own. My recommendation-don't buy

Bad luck with this one

I'm glad all the other reviewers have had good luck with their faucets. It's pretty, I'll give you that. We've had ours for a little over 2 years and have had significant problems with it. A plumber installed the faucet. It started dripping just a few weeks after installation - and per Delta fixing it involved taking part of the faucet apart, taking the supply lines out, emptying them into a bucket, and more. Good Faucet but Longevity issue

Our faucet was purchased in 2021 and it has been great. It was easy to install. There are some issues training your brain how to work it, but overall it has been great. I have seen reviews talking about it turning on/off when you adjust the temp or change the pressure. The trick is to grab it and move the handle then let go. It works perfectly if done right. Installed easily

This faucet is wonderful. The only problem we have had is the handle pops off. Has anyone else had this problem. For a new faucet it is a little frustrating.

Faucet drips after just 2 months

The faucet is dripping every slowly. It is an expensive faucet and should not do this. It is less than 3 months old

Missing Parts

Opened the box and it was missing a bunch of parts to install. Went back to Lowes and opened a. second box and that one was also missing parts. Ultimately returned and bought another brand.
