Leaks at the threads due to poor construction

I purchased this because of Delta's decent reputation and the low price point, but I didn't expect the low cost to result in such poor construction. The part that connects to the shower stem is made entirely of plastic, making it difficult to get a secure seal. No matter how I installed it, there was always a leak at the threads. Attempting to tighten it further just caused the plastic threads to slip and lose connection entirely. I eventually returned the item and reinstalled my original shower...

I like that the hand help part can be turned off while holding it. The cord is ling whi h is very handy.

Excellent water flow, very easy installation

Decent Replacement.

Great water pressure, hand held can be tough to release from cradle. Mostly plastic, but seems durable.

Not safe.

When installing, the PLASTIC connector onto my METAL fixture felt like it was stripping. I went ahead very carefully to install until it was tight. I thought "ok. maybe there was a bug I had to work around". I was able to install the rest of the pieces and even turn on the shower. I was mildly impressed for about 15 seconds until the entire shower head fell off. I tried again to install and even triple checked it. I let it run for 30 minutes and it never fell. I really thought I had it for a min...

Decent shower head for the price

The shower head works well and has the preferred metal hose vs metal covered in plastic. My main issue is that it’s bulkier and angled differently than the Moen it replaced. With the shower caddy we have that hangs over the shower head, the spray hit the far end of the bath tub, which just isn’t feasible. There was no space to lower the angle. Not sure if there is even a caddy available with big enough drop to top shelf that would fit appropriately? We had to remove part of the caddy.

Nice Shower Head

Nice replacement shower head. The hose for the hand held is very stiff and the hand held is very hard to get out of its stored position. I guess it will get easier with use. Other wise love the was it works and looks in our new remodel of our 2nd bathroom.

Best Shower Head

Best Shower had we’ve ever had. Great coverage of area in the shower. We actually feel clean now with this shower head.

Handle is VERY hard to remove

I really wanted to love this shower head. I've had a previous version and love the magnetic attachment. This one is awful. The attachment nestles in the middle of the larger head and is almost impossible to remove. I yank on it to the point that I'm afraid I'm going to damage the pipe going into the wall. I often give up on trying to remove it. Bad, bad, design.

too tight to separate from base

I have 3 of these units and love them. I bought 3 more for a new house and vacation home. The handle unit snaps in so tight that it is difficult to separate. I am going to file the clips and see if it helps. It has been redesigned and is way too tight. If your house has poor water pressure, remove the green flow restrictor behind the filter screen at the mounting end.
