Be careful or you’ll crack the head!
Would Not RecommendI followed the instructions and even watched You Tube just to make sure I installed it correctly. I overtightened it, even though it didn’t feel tight at all. Consequently, the head cracked! Good thing I bought two of them. My guest bath just won’t get the upgraded shower head. Once I installed the other one, it’s okay.

Would Not RecommendInner sprayer doesn't stay fixed...it falls out when it fills with water. The main part also makes a squealing sound that is very annoying. Returned.

Handheld keeps falling out.
Would Not RecommendThe handheld keeps falling out. If you barely touch the other one to adjust angle it will fall. It has a clicking sound at the top, but the sides aren't holding it in. While adjusting, it hit me in the face. I'll have to return it.

Would RecommendWe’ve had a water saving shower head for several years. Water didn’t cover enough of the body at one time and wasn’t strong enough for us. This new one puts out much more water and has enough adjustments to lower water consumption or to be a pretty full rain head. Easy to install. We’re extremely happy with the product.
