Difficult to use
Would Not RecommendWe had to return this item, it was very difficult to separate the hand held wand from the shower head. Almost felt like I was tearing the whole apparatus out of the wall to remove it.

Shower Head Falls After Several Months
We love the shower head, but after several months the head started falling randomly, especially when the detachable head had water in it. I think the clips weren't engaging correctly. Delta Customer Support was great to work with and are sending a replacement head. I will re-review once that has arrived and had a couple of months worth of use.
