It's worth the price

The faucet sits high above the sink, making it easy to fill pots, and when needed, to wash hair. The faucet handle moves easily, and the faucet swivels easily left to right, right to left. The only problem is with the faucet extension (the part of the faucet that can be pulled out) -- it is very difficult to pull the faucet out to rinse the sink, or to wash your hair.

Delta is a very good company

Pretty easy to install and operates very well. A large plastic cup works well when flushing the water lines.The outlet line is short and hard to flush into a pail.

Poor temperature control

This looks good, easy to install, but I don't love the temperature control. The water comes out either very hot or cold--it is extremely difficult to get the temperature somewhere in between.

Stylish / Easy to Clean

4 * The handle needs to be in a very precise position when turning off the water. I did not need the liquid dispenser. Other than that, I love everything else about it and would buy again. I paid more for this ITEM 8836 for the fact that the split "Where the Magnet is" is higher up than most, to be able to pull out easier.

Expensively disappointing.

This is the second faucet of this model I have purchased, even after replacing the “diamond seal” cartridge on the first one. I thought perhaps the squeaking and squawking when using the handle was from my kids being aggressive with the handle, it seems this is just cheaply made. For the price I could have gotten a faucet from the supply house that wouldn’t have been a bunch of crummy plastic. The gaskets also aren’t good for the soap dispenser, the threads should be covered with PTFE tape to ...

Too many cons to be considered

At this price, the steel should be spot-free. I have to wipe it down each time or spots remain. Also at this price, when the water is shut off, the sprayer should return to stream, but it stays in spray position. The arch is high and the stream is vertical, but the spray/stream button issue should be a deal breaker. I regret buying this faucet

Nice looking great price

There was a clogged washer inside that I couldn't clean so took it out and works fine.

spent $250 to have this thing installed. After all was done we found the faucet to have a drip of a quart of water per night. Had to buy another faucet and pay another $250 to have Delta taken out and a replacement put in.

Ugh

The product itself was OK. The lines link up with the waterlines to the house did not have the proper fittings. Plumber had to come in and replace the fittings in order for me to make the product work. They advertise it’s an easy fix to install the product, but that is not the case. Very costly and very disappointed.
