Wanted to make me the customer satisfied

Mike at Brickyard, Chicago was great. Issue was with supplier of shower faucet and he talked with them and sorted it all out. Without Mike in bath supplies I would have gone home without the problem solved.,

Lower price immediately wouldn’t refund difference

Lowe’s discount at this product about $150 a few days after I purchased it. I came back three days after the seven day limit and they wouldn’t refund the difference. So disappointed.

Mostly is like I expected

I like that the sprayer part is built into the shower head but the hand held sprayer doesn't always snap back in quickly. You sometimes have to work it back in

Love the look and quality,poor/low water pressure

VERY low water pressure, cant have both the shower head (square part) and the hand held (round part) turned on at the same time or it doesnt have much pressure at all, it just dribbles down it, which makes it hard to wash my hair. But the look is EXACTLY what I wanted, matte black and square! So I do love that part of it.

Nice looking but low pressure!

I bought 2 of these shower faucets for a large shower remodel. The water pressure is terrible. If you want good pressure, do not buy this Delta model. I've read other comments about the pressure as well, lesson learned.

Failed after one month.

Bathtub Spout failed after one month. It stopped holding the water while no one was home. Water was gushing into the tub.

Can’t get decent water flow

The water barely dribbles out of the showerhead. My builder tells me this is a low flow shower and I should not expect any better?

Not what I expected!!!!!!

1) lost all pressure!!!!!!! 2) lost all pressure!!!!! 3) lost all pressure!!!!! 4) otherwise looks great, handheld will come in handy bathing elderly mother and cleaning shower wall. 5) dud I say We lost all pressure! I have long hair and getting the shampoo out seemed like forever. my best advise and don't buy it. don't fall for the advertising hipe!!!!

Longterm(ish) review (3.5 years)

Long term review: Product installed 3.5 years ago, solid build, with mostly great quality. 1 component that is not as well built is the temperature handle bracket, it is plastic. This temperature leaver bracket wears easly over time and now 3.5 years later the handle is floppy, and will pull off easily. There is a set screw that can be tightened to take a lot of the floppyness out but will still be present. Apart from that 1 component the rest is very strong. Regarding other reviews I have read ...

Looks great

Purchased this valve because my daughter has it in the bronze. Once installed i noticed the face plate for the control does not have any writing on it. Not sure what knob is for what. Also noticed that the shower head is constantly dripping even thought it is completely turned off. Love the look just wish it was better made. Not the quality I'm use to with Delta.

Not enough pressure from shower head

I purchased this product 2 months ago. It has been installed for 3 weeks now. The water pressure is not the greatest. It was installed to replace an old Delta shower head combination. The old head was very powerful. I am having the plumber return to replace the bathroom vanity faucets. I’m hoping he can boost the pressure. My wife and I love the new look in the shower.
