Hard installation

It’s a lot harder to install than expected and I will probably have to end up paying someone to install it. It comes with a lot of different pieces and parts. There are directions but it is still a pretty complicated process.

At first use the pressure seemed a bit too low, but after my trusty sexy handyman removed the plastic flow restrictor........ My god! Looks better than it performs

I was fooled on the sale price. Unit looks great in my remodeled shower but the performance is not great. The water pressure is too low to be effective unless you only use the middle unit in 2 of the settings. Old unit didn't have that issue, so I guess the larger shower head on this loses its power. The settings could use some adjustment as there are not several in a continuum but more random

Waitied 20 Minutes

The employees were great and responsive, but I should not receive a message that my order is ready for pick up if it is in fact not ready for pick up. Had to wait 20 minutes because it was still in the back not yet received by the curbside people.

Nice shower head to use.

Enjoy using this product to shower with. The detachable shower head makes easier use to rinse the whole body.

Easy to use, functionality is great!

We can removed the smaller shower head to help her shower. So far the durability is good no problems thus far. I love the matte black look to it. It matches my other finishes in my house. Overall great product and would recommend to those who are thinking of doing some updates to their home!
