Enjoying the customisations available. Much to learn. Fairly user friendly with a bit of exploration. Human detection feature is a bit of a challenge yet.

Thinks snow is human

Great picture quality. Very happy except that it gives human detection alerts when it’s snowing.

Install and set up was easy. Running wires in the attic is a challenge but would be for any brand. Recommend that you test all equipment and then pull wires and mount cameras. Note for possible improvement would be to use a better quality adjustment screws. They strip out very easily. Suggest using a high quality torx head screw. I liked the first one so much i bought another one.

Great cameras but app needs an update.

I love the cameras themselves, but the app only works on Android phones and tablets, and they haven't updated it since 2019. Sometimes the app will just close for no reason. I tried building a VM on my Windows 2010 laptop with various versions of Android, but the Defender app will not start up. Please update the app to be more compatible.

The Defender System in A Medical Centre

The Defender Alarm System is AWESOME!!! The cameras now clearly monitor our hallways. We previously had major issues with students running up & down our hallways. The cameras recorded very clear & distinct photos that were given to the local high school. Problem solved!! The pictures on the monitor alert our staff when there is activity in the office. Easy set up

We've had a Defender Guard camera in our front yard for 2 or 3 years, decided to go with DG again for the back yard. I installed this new one in, literally 15 minutes, 3 screws and run the wire to the outlet...super easy to pair to my existing DG app. I recommend these to all of my friends.

Great camera with lots of features

Work great. Menus could be better. Setup is easy. Mounting screws are cheap and strip very easily.
