Better than the Moen it replaced.

This replacement bathtub/shower handle isn't the best quality, it will break after a couple of years. But I replaced it twice before this in a 6 month period with Moen versions. This one has held up for 2 years, and I'm just now noticing that it's feeling loose and will probably break soon. Going to go buy another one of the Danco's tonight and hope it will last a couple of years.

Faucet handle

I have a Moen faucet and it stated it does fit Moen faucet however it was not correct on the way it was manufactured to fit and I could not use it

Danco Shower handle

My shower would not turn off all the way and I thought it was a $55 part. While trying to fix it, I discovered that the handle was broken. After I installed a new handle, all is well. Easy to install and very good price. Did not need the expensive part.

Price is right - does what it is supposed to

What else can you say? It was 30% less expensive than the name brand item it replaced and it does exactly the same job.

Super simple installation!!

Bought this to replace a very old one that broke. I replaced within five minutes. By the time my husband unloaded vehicle and came inside I just said "shower's done"! Just remove cap, unscrew old one, screw new one in, replace cap and you're finished!

Shower handle

I replaced my handle three time over the years. The last one lasted less than a week. They make the plastic tabs inside too brittle. I replaced with a metal handle and I don't think we will be breaking that one.

Doesn't seem to engage fully - will go past stop when mildly forced. Paid larger price for first Moen replacement and it broke within 6 mos again (same place), so the jury is still out.

Great replacement knob.

The bathtub faucet knob is a direct replacement for the existing Moen knob and fits exactly like the original. Easy to install.

Replaced an old Moen shower handle

This fit fine and took just a minute or so to install. I decided to use the Moen cover from the old shower handle instead of this one, it fit like it was the same part.

Better than name brand

Used this to replace a Moen fixture and so far it is holding up. Installation was a snap and it works great.

Made very cheaply but not a cheap price.

This is the second shower handle, both the same brand, I've bought in a year. I wish I could find one that is made of a higher quality plastic or something that can stand up to daily use. The plastic breaks easily. I'm not hard on the handle and don't use the shower daily so why does it continue to break apart?

Perfect replacement for my Moen Shower handle except for the logo. Works nicely. Easy to install and functions exactly like the original. No issues so far. Want to see if it will last 15 years like the original. Hahaha..

Good non-EOM replacement

This shower handle is a good replacement in lieu of the brand part. I find this one easier to hold on to the grip as it has a point shape at the top which the original part does not. This part which I have purchased twice for my 17 year old home, usually will last me 2-3 years. It requires regular cleaning inside the handle to rid of dirt. I saved $4 from the original brand item, yet it is too pricey. In my opinion this handle should cost no more than $4-$5

Only option

This seems two break every 2 years. Not that good since the last one cost $11. No other aftermarket choices available though.
