don't bother with this

Very cheaply made, does not feel real, it seems to be like a child's toy, so far it does function though and that is what mattered at the time. the kitchen will be re-modeled shortly so it will go in the trash anyway.

Utter Trash

I tried to replace the side sprayer on my kitchen sink with this one, including the upgraded hose. The hose wasn't a problem. The spray head on the other hand is POORLY manufactured and simply doesn't work. The included spacer has marks on it from the molding process that make a tight seal impossible. Two different spray heads, same result each time: a leak between the hose and spray head. This is a garbage product, don't buy it.

Leaks

Spray head does not fit a universal hose. It leaks at the bottom where it attaches to the hose. I tried rearranging the metal holder nut and rubber washer to stop the leak and even used pliers to tighten. No matter what I tried it still leaked. Looks fancy but waste of money.

Leaked

Leaked immediately. Seems like all Dancos do. Tried two different styles and both leaked in different locations.

This is the second or third sprayer of this brand that we’ve had in the past several months. The button tends to fall off and it leaks from where the water comes out, every time you turn on your water, even when not using the sprayer.

Better off with OEM

Product leaked at the base gasket worse than the old faucet it was intended to replace. I ended up going elsewhere to purchase a genuine Delta sprayer.

Don’t get this

The recomeded way that they hook this up with their own hose does not work I had to use an oring around the base to keep it from leaking

Danco is Junk

The #10337 sprayer is pure garbage over an hour twisting turning. Even trying other washer, reversing. Following instruction. Looking on You Tube, online. Nothing works and everyone has the same issue. Waste of over $20 bucks, thinking, "oh, don't buy the cheap one for seven bucks." What a sucker. Why would Lowe's carry something with such low ratings and complaints all over the web? I'll never buy a Danco product ever again.

Faulty brand

I bought 3 of the same sprayers and went by the directions all three leaked from the sprayer handle. Very disappointed!

Not totally universal fit

Its a great spray head, don't get me wrong, but its not universal to all hoses. After swapping parts in and out, I was finally able to get this connected to my current hose without it leaking. It just took all the rubber fittings from the old head to make it work. The smart thing to do is buy a hose with the head and if things work great with the old hose, then return the new hose for a full refund.

Leaky

This replacement sprayer was supposed to fit most spray hoses. I tried to use it on the most common hose I have seen but it leaked at the connection. I think it probably only fits a few hoses, not most. Unfortunately Lowe's didn't carry the sprayer that actually does fit most.

Unclear instructions

This was a replacement for an existing spray head. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out how to put it together so that it wouldn't spray water all over the place. There's a diagram but no written instructions. I tried to follow the diagram and many other configurations, but all I managed was to get soaking wet. I took it back to the store.

Leaks on day 1

I bought this sprayer and it just would not stop leaking at the base. I tried reducing the water pressure, adding plumber's tape, and verifying washer placements. Nothing worked. I will be returning and looking elsewhere for a higher quality sprayer.

Horrible design

Three trips to Lowe’s and the sprayer is still leaking. Watched company video, which was useless. The design is terrible. Multiple washers and it still leaks. Will not but another product from this company.

Waste of Time

I went for the design! But the build is defective. It leaks at the handle. I marked the first purchase up to bad luck so I returned it and picked up another one. It leaked same place as the first one! Needs an O-ring where the handle parts screw together. Plumber's tape won't fix this defect. I did buy model 10334 which has the O-ring. No leaks!
