The water is coming partially from the faucet and partially from the sprayer--not completely being diverted. I also had to add a washer to keep it from leaking out the joints. Washer is not included in package.

Finally, didn't leak out of the box
Would Not Recommendfinally got one that didn't leak out of the box of 3 I bought in the last 6 months. Let's see if that lasts. I did find that it had been opened and repackaged, which seems to be the norm for products at Lowe's, someone returns it and they put it back on the shelf with some glue or tape or staples, so you won't know until you get home and have the plumbing taken apart, so you have no choice. Cheap junk parts sold the second or third time, great business model

Truly a Universal Spray Head
Would RecommendThis spray head is truly universal - fits most. It fit my setup without any additional adapters. I simply unscrewed my existing spray head and screwed the new on on. It has additional hardware I did not use, but could be used to attach it directly to the hose, replacing the deck mount.

Pressure is not as strong as I would like
this spray nozzle went on in two seconds, as soon as I realized how easy it was going to be. I was only exchanging sprayer head. I took off the part I did not need, unscrewed the current sprayer from the faucet hose and screwed on the new head. easy peasey.
