This product works just fine. Not expensive at all. Stopped my bathroom sink from leaking and no more water waste. Easy enough to install (with help from a you tube video). This is a good product that works, nit expensive and easy install.

Ball Assembly Missing

Faucet ball assembly was missing from box. Try to get a refund, and you just go in circles, online return page, enter information, takes you to delivery page, endless cycle. Online support via chat live or with Mylowe same results—waste of everyone’s time.

Buy Delta OEM, not this

Was in a hurry and did not want to wait to order a Delta OEM replacement. Big mistake. I installed this and it did not fit properly. The gasket is too large and causes problems trying to reinstall the collar. You can not tighten the collar or the valve will stick. Ordered the Delta part and it fit perfectly. Delta has redesigned the gasket assembly. It installs easily and works great.
