My bathroom does not a a ventilation fan so it frequently gets humid, especially during the summer months. Very strong smell
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in Florida, my house could always use less moisture. I put this Damp Rid in my bathroom because the fan is broken. First, the drop in tab is VERY strong. It gives off a little too much scent. Also the container is quite large. There’s a fan looking top but I’m not sure what it does. I do like you don’t have to use those little small pellets and the tan is easy to refill, but I wish the scent was less potent.

Got rid of musty smell in vacation home

When we first arrive, we have to open all the windows to air it out. This year it was cold and rainy when we arrived so I put DampRid out. By the next morning, much of the smell had disappeared. Great for camper

WE really worry about this causing problems. We put this in the middle of the camper where the bathroom is and it did a great job of keeping the windows from having condensation on them.

I take a look at this container about 2 times a week and I see that a little bit of liquid has been collected which is great because it means that it is working! I have had this in the bathroom for about a month and it is still pulling moisture out with the initial tablet that it came with.
