Would RecommendI only purchased this due to the Variable Speed and Electronic Speed Control features that are advertised in the Product Description. I looked at multiple grinders from Dewalt and as well as another store with the same grinder. They all say this grinder comes with Variable Speed. The Speed is not controlled by the switch. It has no selector anywhere on it. I think the grinder is great for my first time owning one. As others have said its on the heavy side, you really need to have multiple larger...

Would RecommendVery powerful, and doesn't kickback easily. Slick form, too. If I had any compliant, it would be that in only comes with one type of guard. The one that's packaged with the tool is made for grinding, but doesn't come with one for cutting. Found a cutting guard online for cheap, but still would be nice if it came with one.

Would RecommendWorks a lot better than expected for a battery grinder, especially with then8 amp hrs batteries. Ran longer than expected, as well. Definitely worth not having a cord for me. May not be suitable for big jobs, unless you have plenty of batteries.
