This tool works as expected. It fit my impact driver perfectly and drove screws without issue. However, this adapter has a big design flaw that made it worthless for me. As others have mentioned, when using a non extended bit or a bit without a sleeve it sinks too far into the head making it unusable (and requiring some needle nose pliers to remove it).
